Benefits of Massage: 

 

Massage is a gentle therapy that can relieve pain and, in combination with

medical attention, help heal certain conditions and prevent their return (carpal tunnel syndrome,

fibromyalgia, regional pain, etc.).  In some cases, massage can reduce or even eliminate the need for

medication and surgery.  Massage on normal tissue is usually a pleasant sensation.  You will notice

certain benefits for tight or sore muscles; releasing fluid retention; helping with injuries such as

tendonitis, strains, and reducing inflammation by increasing circulation.  Massage also is one of the
