Class Descriptions.
Yoga is a life-long practice and
the benefits are many. The classes at Rushing Water Yoga are
organized to build upon a student’s own abilities and natural progression based
on your own
experience. The classes naturally build
upon each other. We encourage you to
decide when
you are ready to proceed to another level but know that the gift of yoga
does not require you
to always move towards a higher level.
Work at your own pace and ask your teacher if you
have any questions about proceeding to another level.
Basic Guidelines When Attending Classes.
Be gentle with yourself.
Remember to always breathe.
Take care of yourself by staying
within your limits and not pushing yourself.
Never let there be pain in the
lower back or knees.
Trust your intuition; always come
out of a pose if it is not working for you.
If anything is ever not clear,
please ask for clarification.
Please let your teacher know of
any physical limitations you may have.
