I love
people. I enjoy working one-on-one and in groups. My purpose is to assist your
body to move
with ease,
flexibility, strength, and joy. We are designed to move. If we enjoy what we
do, we’ll
keep
doing it. We must do what we enjoy. Choose joy!
Kisa Davison found
yoga in 1993 in her search to keep her body strong and flexible with
scoliosis. As time went on, Kisa found that yogasanas and meditation
helped keep her mind
strong and flexible, too. Now a mother of four young, energetic
children, Kisa’s teaching
interests include yoga for pregnancy and children. Her teaching style is
friendly and guided
by her passion for peaceful living – on and off of the mat. In addition
to teaching beginning
level adult classes, she will be teaching children’s classes on
Saturdays.
